The end of September was very generous with us, as we’ve had great weather and amazing colours.

Amid the second wave of covid, we got to our retreat near lake Buckhorn, and enjoyed our little vacation, the nature, and the weather. I’ll let the pictures talk for themselves, but they don’t do necessarily justice to the surrounding beauty.

Wishing you all a Healthy and Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Great post and fantastic photos! Your part of the world is truly stunning once the fall arrives. Hopefully we can travel again one day, I would love to visit Canada again. The leaves are only starting to change colours, but our Boston Ivy literary exploded last week; it’s amazing to see our house half covered in burgundy leaves. Thanks for sharing and have a good day. I hope all is well 😃 Aiva

Thank you Aiva! Indeed the fall is the most colourful season of the year in Ontario at least. I have some other amazing seasonal photos, I’ll share more in another post🙂

love the autumn colours. we do get them here but not in great abundance unless in the city where settlers planted a lot of European trees. But in Canada they are everywhere and its glorious!

The most colorful trees are the maple trees (which they say they are native to Asia?!), the symbol of Canada actually, and that is for a reason😉

Color is getting more serious around here, Christie. It’s almost time for my annual fall blog. 🙂
